By proceeding, you ("Candidate") agree to these terms regarding your application with Freedom Caregivers.
Effective as of the date you accept these terms.
1. Representation of Freedom Caregivers
You acknowledge that this recruitment portal is powered by CareForce Recruiter, an AI-driven talent acquisition platform. However, all hiring decisions, employment offers, and candidate evaluations are made solely by Freedom Caregivers.
You must be 18+ years of age to apply. You must be 18 years of age or older to use our SMS messaging service.
2. SMS Program & Consent to Automated Contact (TCPA & CTIA Compliance)
Freedom Caregivers SMS Recruiting Program — transactional and optional promotional text messages and calls about your job application, interview scheduling, screening, and related hiring steps.
By providing your mobile phone number and email address on our Fast Apply or related recruiting forms, you may check one or both of the following consent boxes:
- Transactional consent (required to apply): By checking the transactional consent box, you provide your express written consent to receive transactional text messages and automated or AI-assisted calls from Freedom Caregivers (or CareForce Recruiter acting on their behalf) regarding your job application — including application status updates, interview scheduling, and AI-assisted screening calls.
- Promotional consent (optional): By separately checking the promotional consent box, you agree to receive occasional promotional text messages about future job opportunities and career resources from Freedom Caregivers. This consent is not required to submit your application.
Program description: Transactional messages are sent only in connection with your job application and the hiring process — for example interview reminders, document confirmations, scheduling updates, screening follow-ups, and direct outreach about next steps. Message frequency varies based on your progress in the application process.
Channels: Communications may include SMS/text messages, pre-recorded voice messages, and emails.
Technology: Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or AI-driven communication tools (such as "Ellie," our AI recruiting assistant).
Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to any message from us. After you text STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you apply again and provide consent.

3. Use of AI in the Recruitment Process
Freedom Caregivers utilizes AI technology to assist in the initial screening and scheduling process.
- You may be asked to interact with an AI assistant to verify qualifications (such as AHCA background eligibility and transportation).
- AI is used to rank and sort applications based on the criteria set by Freedom Caregivers.
- You acknowledge that while AI assists in the process, the final decision to hire remains with the human hiring managers at Freedom Caregivers.
4. Data Privacy & Sharing
Your personal information, resume, and screening responses are collected for the purpose of evaluating your candidacy.
- Data Controller: Freedom Caregivers is the primary controller of your data.
- Data Processor: CareForce Recruiter processes this data solely to facilitate the recruitment funnel for Freedom Caregivers.

5. Application Integrity
You certify that all information provided is accurate and complete. Any misrepresentation or omission of facts may result in disqualification from current or future consideration for employment with Freedom Caregivers.
6. Message Frequency & Content
By opting into this recruiting funnel, you acknowledge and agree to the following regarding the frequency of contact:
- Context of contact: Communications will occur only during the active application and hiring process.
- Nature of messages: Text messages will typically be limited to interview reminders, document confirmations, and direct outreach regarding next steps.
- Duration: Once the hiring process is concluded, automated text outreach will cease unless you re-engage with a new application.
